If you are visiting Southern California and wondering if there is an RV park in Malibu, yes there is! We highly recommend you stay at Malibu Beach RV Park! Malibu RV Park

We were so excited about the first adventure in our motorhome but the traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) was something else. It took us one hour to drive 15 miles! Be prepared for traffic but enjoy the beautiful view.

In the end, the traffic was definitely worth it as Malibu Beach RV Park was AMAZING!! We loved the views. Access to the beach was a little tricky. We had to hike down and then go under the PCH but after a short distance, we were on the beach. I worried that the beach was going to be crazy busy given that it was a holiday weekend but it wasn’t busy at all.

Malibu RV Park Rates

To save some money we opted for a Mountain View Water & Electric only site. We stayed in the section circled in yellow in the Malibu RV Park Map photo. From our corner site, we still had a view of the ocean. There was a dump station on-site so not having full hookups for the long weekend was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay in this site type again.

Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish Market & Patio Cafe

When we checked into the RV park they mentioned Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish Market & Patio Cafe. This restaurant was a short hike straight down the hill. Yelp had great reviews and we could see the line from our spot. We decided to give it a shot. Between waiting in line and getting our food it was over an hour but man was it worth it. We ordered a lot because we wanted to try everything. We had Bay Shrimp & Crabmeat Seafood Cocktail, 3 piece Fish & Fries, Steamed Mussels, Clam Chowder, and Fish Taquitos. All of it was delicious and we would eat all of it again. In fact, I wish I had some right now! TIP: Put a bottle of white wine in a vacuum insulated water bottle and enjoy the view while you wait!

We would highly recommend Malibu Beach RV Park and Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish Market & Patio Cafe. Both are worth the wait!
