We stayed a couple of nights in March at Manatee Hammock Campground, Titusville, FL. From the campground we could see the VAB at Cape Canaveral. One day we took a day trip back to the Kennedy Space Center, and on our way through Florida we also stopped by Daytona International Speedway to check it out quickly.
