We have always loved shopping at Costco (who doesn’t!), but shopping at different Costco’s across the country is fun because we never know what new (to us), tasty, local foods we are going to find. Don’t have time to read this now? Pin it for later!

Olive Muffalata Costco

While at Costco in Memphis, TN we found Classic Olive Muffalata from That Pickle Guy, and this is one of my favorite finds so far on our adventure. What is Olive Muffalata? It is a delicious blend of olives, cauliflower, peppers, celery, carrots and spices in oil. It has just the right amount of spicy. I LOVE olives! This tastes like the perfect combination of olives and hot carrots.

As I grabbed the bottle at Costco I noticed it said, "Seriously Great on Everything! Try it IN, ON or WITH: Cream cheese, pasta, salads, sandwiches, pizza, fish, chicken, hamburgers, eggs, rice, break crackers, chips and more!" I laughed out loud as I thought that is a little dramatic but the joke was on me. It really was that good. You can put it on everything! What are my favorite ways to eat this delicious Olive Muffalata? I love to put a spoonful on a piece of lunch meat and roll it up, on top of a slice of cucumber or straight from the jar with a spoon!

The only negative about the Olive Muffalata was that I only bought one bottle :( The bottle says "Warning! Habit Forming!" and that was no joke. Within one week I had almost finished the entire bottle (24 servings lol!!) so I had to hide it in the back of the refrigerator to try and save the last bit for another day.

That Pickle Guy is from Lisle, IL and you can order this product online but shipping is expensive. Costco was such a great deal, I wish I bought 10! According to That Pickle Guy website this product is available at Costco in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Darn! We aren’t driving through any of those states anytime soon.

UPDATED 6/23/2019: While shopping at the Costco in Wichita, Kansas we found The Pickle Guy Olive Muffalata so I stocked up and bought four jars!
