We do a lot of our food shopping at Costco and have found some great local items at Costco.
In Albuquerque we found this Cervantes Medium Green Chile Sauce and it was delicious.
The main ingredient is Flame-Roasted New Mexico Green Chile.
We add it to ground beef or turkey and then serve it as a taco (with tortillas or lettuce cups) or in a bowl with spaghetti squash.
